Some Facts in the Holy Quran That Will Make You Question Everything

What are the top 10 most Shocking Facts in Quran? There are many incredible and amazing facts in this Book of guidance, spiritual healing, and miracles. But before we get into the main points, let’s take a look at some interesting information about the Quran itself.

A brief introduction to how I got into Islam

I was born and raised a Christian. My parents taught me about God and I went to church every Sunday. But as I got older, I started to question everything I had been taught. I began reading about other religions and comparing them to Christianity. And the more I read, the more interested I became in Islam.

1) The first shocking fact – War and Peace

The Quran contains many verses about war and fighting, but it also has just as many (if not more) verses about peace. In fact, permission to fight is given only to those who are attacked (Quran 22:39). So, if you’re looking for a religion that condones violence, you won’t find it in Islam.

2) The second shocking fact – God’s laws of morality

The Quran contains many laws of morality that are still relevant and shocking today. For example, Allah strictly forbids murder, stealing, lying, and cheating. These are all things that are still considered morally wrong by most people today. In fact, some might even argue that some laws have become outdated because they were revealed during a time when slavery was common or even prevalent. It is possible to apply these moral guidelines to modern society in order to make it more humane and fair.

3) The third shocking fact – Paradise

In Paradise, there will be no sunlight or moonlight. Instead, Allah will provide light for His servants (Quran 24:35). This means that we won’t need sunlight to see things; rather, we will see by the light of Allah. How is this possible? The Sunnah provides a clue. Abu Dharr reported from the Prophet that he said, Allah! There is nothing more dazzling than you, and nothing on earth shinier than white cloth!

4) The fourth shocking fact – Who was Jesus?

The Quran makes it clear that Jesus was a man and not the son of God. In fact, according to Islamic belief, Jesus was a prophet who foretold the coming of Muhammad. This is in contrast to Christianity, which teaches that Jesus is the Son of God who died for our sins.

5) The fifth Shocking Fact in Quran– Why did Muhammad receive revelation?

Muslims will often tell you that Muhammad received revelation because he was the most truthful, honest man of his time. But why then did Allah choose to give him revelation? Surely there were other men who were just as truthful and honest. The answer may lie in the fact that Muhammad was also a very skilled warrior. There are many stories where Muhammad conquers cities or groups of people by force. He would even attack caravans and take all their wealth for himself! In these stories, it seems like the life of an ordinary person had no value to him at all; they might have been killed on a whim if they weren’t Muslim or if they weren’t strong enough to help build his army. Perhaps this is what made Muhammad so special; not honesty or righteousness but greed for power, wealth and war!

6) The sixth shocking fact – Importance of Holy Quran

Muslims believe that the Quran is the word of God and was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. It is a sacred text that contains guidance for Muslims on how to live their lives. The Quran is also believed to be a source of wisdom and knowledge. Muslims are encouraged to Learn Quran from an early age so that they can grow up to be good Muslims. Learning Quran has been considered one of the pillars or pillars of Islam since Islam began 1400 years ago. With all these things, it’s no wonder why learning the holy book is such a huge part of being Muslim.

7) The seventh shocking fact – Women empowerment

Empowerment of women is a recurring theme throughout the Quran. While it’s easy to learn about the Quran and think of it as a book that is only relevant to men, there are actually many verses that discuss the rights and empowerment of women. In fact, Islam was one of the first religions to formalize women’s rights. For example, the Quran gives women the right to own property, choose their own husbands, and even keep their own names after marriage.

8) The eighth shocking fact – Does Islam support terrorism?

One of the most common misconceptions about Islam is that it supports terrorism. This couldn’t be further from the truth! The Quran explicitly states that killing one innocent person is equivalent to killing all of humanity (5:32). Furthermore, taking a life is only justified in self-defense (2:190). Islam is a religion of peace and justice, and those who engage in terrorist acts are violating the very principles of their faith.

9) The ninth shocking fact – Charity (Sadaqah)

One of the most important things we can do in our lives is give charity, or sadaqah. The Quran says that giving charity will purify our hearts and lead us to success. Interestingly, the word sadaqah actually means voluntary giving. This means that we should give not because we feel like we have to, but because we want to.
