‘Islam is the Solution to the Crisis all over the World’ Dr Zakir Naik’s Message To French President Macron

In October Macron described Islam as a worldwide “crisis” religion, an estimated 6-million-strong Muslim population in France announced steps to combat “radicalisation.”

Commentary by French President Emmanuel Macron after terrorist attacks in Paris. France’s Muslims accused him of seeking to repress the faith and legitimize Islamophobia.

Macron ‘s approach to Islam has sparked a hot debate and angered reactions from Muslims around the world, with caricatures mocking the Holy Prophet (pbuh) and projecting them on the walls of the buildings.

Many saw Macron’s “crisis” statement as problematic, that it was a departure from the tradition of “radical Islam” being separated from Islam, which is a religion practiced by millions of people throughout the world. Others accused Macron of attempting in France to remove Muslims’ religious freedom.

Dr. Zakir Naik, a prominent Muslim Indian, condemned the Islamophobic remarks of French President Macron.

Zakir ‘s voice was added to the French president ‘s widespread critique of “fostering Islamophobia” in connection with the assassination of a teacher who showed his students the controversial cartoons of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing of Allah be upon him).

Today, so-called “secular” hatred of Muslims has become a part of French government and its media’s daily voice. Franciscans continue to ask Macron not to stigmatize them, but his standardized speech of hate against Islam has nearly legitimized institutionalized bigotry against the Muslim community of France.

Under the British hashtag # BoycottFrenchProducts, people shed their emotions. Several Arab trade groups declared their boycott of French goods as a result of the social media movement.
