Hajj 2023: Kaduna launches pilgrims Guide curriculum

The Kaduna State Pilgrims Board has launched a curriculum for hajj pilgrims guides titled ‘Jagoran Mahajjata’ for intending pilgrims in the state.

Speaking at the launching of the Renewed Curriculum Development on Hajj Pilgrims Guide titled ” Jagoran Mahajjata to stakeholders” in the state, it said the compilation will help address the challenges pilgrims face.

He said the new guide will further educate the intending pilgrims on their expectations in the holy land.

On the trainers teaching intending pilgrims, Dr Alrigasiyu said they would be expected to follow the guide during the enlightenment exercise for intending pilgrims.

He also said the board will screen all its trainers credentials before allowing them to teach or train the intending pilgrims from the state.

The chairman of the curriculum committee, Dr Hadiza Tukur, said the pilgrims guide is of world standard and will be useful to all.

She thanked the board for giving them the opportunity to serve the state and Islamic religion.
