13 Years After Sheikh Jafaar was Assassinated, Meet his First Son Who got Married few Months ago (See Photos)
Ustaz Salim Jafar Mahmud Adam, the son of famous Nigerian Islamic scholar, Late Sheikh Jafaar, got married to his beloved on 29 June, 2020 in Kano.
The wedding fatiha was attended by Izala members from far and near, including the leader of the movement, Sheikh Bala Lau, Sheikh Kabiru Haruna Gombe and others.
The late Sheikh Jafaar was born on 12 February, 1960 in Daura Local Government Area of Katsina State, Nigeria. He is one of the members of Jama’at al Izalatul Bidi’a Wa Iqamatus Sunnah.
On 13 April, 2007, Sheikh Jafaar was shot dead by unknown gunmen while leading the morning (Subh) prayer at his area in Kano State. The assassins shot him at close range on his chest and abdomen. Sheikh Jafaar was taken to Malam Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital where he died before receiving medical attention.
He was killed after imparting knowledge to millions of people. He memorized the Holy Quran at his childhood age and specialized in Tafsir and Hadith.
May God forgive Sheikh Jafaar and may Jannatul Firdausi be his final home. Indeed, his death was great loss to his family and Nigeria at large.
